So, as you have all noticed we have added RC cars and trucks to our website. People that truly know me also know that I used to race RC from 2000 to 2010. I was never a sponsored driver but have raced on a few tracks and have raced sponsored drivers before. I have defiantly won quite a few times. We used to race for money AKA (Gambling) in Ft. Myers Florida every weekend. My love for RC started way back in the late 1970's when I got my first RC cars from Radio Shack. I believe my first RC truck was made by Tandy.
I have seen RC come leaps and bounds since those days! I used to have $13,000 invested into the hobby. Most of which was Team Losi Trucks. I think I had almost every Truck, and buggy they ever made up to that point. In 2012 I was working like 17 hours a day and never had time for racing or even driving the trucks and cars that I had so I decided to sell my entire collection on E-bay and all my RC Trucks sold fast. The moment they were all gone I started missing them. Well, we can fast forward to 2024 and I have decided to get STONE COLD BACK IN THE GAME! Life is short so do what you love! I want to Race Short course trucks and Truggy's, again.
This is a very expensive hobby and I already have Trucks on the way through the mail. I went out and bought the good battery charger and have RC tool kits and set up stations also on their way. I am in the process of putting together a little RC driver team and have made the logo. There is a RC track 4.5 miles away from my front door and I just can't wait for this summer to come so that I can get out there and tear it up one more time. Oh, how I long to smell the NITRO lofting through the air, and the beautiful sound that they make.
